Monroe Davis Family Reunion
The registration fee for the 2017 Monroe – Davis Family Reunion is as follows:
Adults $125.00 Children (6 – 12 years) $65.00 Children (5 & under) Free
We need everyone’s support to make this a successful event and thus, we are expecting a tremendous turn out. The registration fee will cover a tote bag, T-shirt, the Meet & Greet; Sightseeing Tour; the Family Dinner; and the Barbecue Cookout, refer to Planned Activities for more details. We have tried our very best to keep cost affordable and consistent with our proposed agenda, so please set aside a few dollars each month so that families can enjoy the planned fun-filled activities.
As you may be aware from our last family reunion business meeting, the family decided to provide an additional $25 seed money to offset the enormous out of pocket cost to finance the reunion. For those who have not already submitted this seed money payment, please do so immediately to help make this reunion successful.

Be sure to indicate your T-shirt size(s) on your Registration Form for us to order in advance. On page four, please find the enclosed attachment Registration Form. You may begin completing your registration now by filling out the registration form and returning it with your check or money order payable to Monroe Davis Family Reunion. You may send your payment to: Reunion Committee, P.O. Box 1067, College Park, Maryland 20741.
Deadline for Registrations is June 16, 2017.
Individuals not completing registration payment by the post stamped deadline June 16, 2017 must add an additional $45 to the registration fee. This increase is necessary for the reunion committee to renegotiate the various contracts at 2017 pricing. Please register early to avoid this late fee. REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER JUNE 30, 2017. All returned checks are also subject to an additional $30 fee.
